The Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah, stated that the Indonesian Government is ready to collaborate in the field of employment to realize decent work in countries that are members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
"Indonesia is ready to collaborate to realize decent work in OIC countries, including through sharing experiences," said Minister of Manpower Ida in a statement in Jakarta, Friday.
At the 5th Islamic Conference of Labor Ministers in Baku, Azerbaijan, Thursday (23/11), the Minister of Manpower was of the view that there are many potential areas for OIC collaboration in the field of employment, one of which is related to decent work.
She believes that through cooperation and exchange of views, this conference will reap benefits and contribute to workforce development in OIC member countries, as well as increase cooperation among Muslim countries.
She also believes that the sincere efforts of the ministers present at this forum will help make a concrete contribution to the welfare of Muslims and all humanity.
"Now is the time to act and formulate changes for future generations and the next century. Let us work together, to create the best conditions for our workers in the world today," she said.
